Moving from Chelsea in 2005 Tillen has become an ever impressive member of the Brentford squad. Filing in on the left hand side in defense or in midfield Tillen is full of energy and can provide an excellent final ball. His highlight came recently being named in the squad for the U21's and he looks set to become a fixture in the Bees squad in the next couple of years.
