Please help me with any information of memories of a player, Russell Adams.
I believe he was a former Brentford Youth Player of the Year.
What happened to him and was he any good?!

As for the Rod Stewart myth, I have been informed by Mark Chapman of the following:
Rod Stewart finally admitted to "Q" Magazine in 1995 that he never played for Brentford at either first or reserve team level, and only had a short trial, which I guess would have been around 1960-62.
I checked the registration ledgers at the football league at that time and he was not listed.
