I followed their results in the papers and radio, until on a sunny saturday in 1968 me and my old man went to the Bees v Port Vale game.
My first game I instantly fell in love with Griffin park and the team. We won 3-1 and I was back on the Monday evening for Bees v Rochdale 1-1 draw and over 9000 there.
I can still picture Olie Alan Mansley flying down the wing for the Bees.
All these years later and this club means so much to me still.
