A delicate and well taken goal by Huddersfield's star man on Saturday probably gave Brentford fans a sinking feeling that hadn't felt since Peter Crouch's double cut through the Bees FA Cup dreams back in February.

For the second week in a row the Bees were left chasing the game and for the second week in a row we came away with no points and a feeling that we are running out of games.

Even more disappointing this weekend but slighty good for Brentford in a way is that the teams around is failed to capitalise on a performance with no end product, were it not for the combined slip ups of Wednesday, Rovers and Bournmouth the race for the play offs could be all but over, however we're still in there with a chance.

Even though our next few fixtures look daughnting, it is important for the team and the fans to believe that we can do it, at the end of the day it's in our own hands and we must use the spirit that has carried us into our current position to take us through these last through games, it's not about where were finish now, it's about how we finish.

I'm throughly confident that we can take maximum points from either Hull or Luton who will hopefully be in 'relaxed mode' because in some ways the Wrexham game is more difficult as they are fighting for their lives and that sometimes brings out the best in teams. Two wins and a draw would be ideal, one win, one loss and one draw is more realistic.
