Not one to go over the top in the fashion of one other well known West London manager and start making predictions as to when the Bees potential success will come, it seems as if the confidence in the Brentford camp is very high.

After two back to back wins in a week which saw the Bees pushed up to second place in the league one race with a realistic chance of making the automatic promotion places their own, the Brentford manager Martin Allen has spoken on his pride about the way his side has been playing,

"Even if the results haven't been coming in recent games we've put in some excellent performances"

With just eleven games left to go Allen appears confident about the teams prospects for the final games of the League One regular season,

"We are showing good signs of playing with the necessary confidence and composure"

With the run in set to secure who will prosper out of the top six with the Bees facing Colchester and Swansea as part of the final straight Allen said,

"Our confidence is going to be vital in the run in"
