Looking for a big game from all his experienced stars against Blackpool tomorrow, Brentford's Martin Allen will be hoping that his sides home record and improving away form can spring them into life for the last four games as they look to gain an automatic promotion place.

Beliving players such as Darren Pratley, Sam Sodje and Lloyd Owusu are the key to Brentford's promotion charge he stated today his delight at the form of Jay Tabb this season and predicted big things to come from his midfielder, a key player in the bees frontline and expected to line up tomorrow against 'The Tangerienes' at home.

"He has definitely improved, and he is now becoming more consistent, and he has a great deal more self-belief."

Allen believes this transformation has come from his move from a wing to a more central role,

"Jay has been playing in the middle for the last couple of months,"

"He is very dedicated and very conscientious."

Predicting massive things from his young talent he said,

"There is still more to come from him."
