Although his side had the boost this week of being featured on Sky for Tuesday's FA Cup replay against Oldham, Martin Allen came out this morning and warned his players to have respect for today's opponents.

Speaking to the Evening Standard the boss said,

"Chesterfield will no doubt be a tough task today and our players must be fully focused if we want to win"

The boss warned against complaceny which prehaps cost his side automatic promotion last season,

"Last year the Cup took it out of us but this year we will be looking to make sure we get the balance right."

The manager continued by saying,

"It's going to be tough but there are no easy games. We have to get today's game out of the way and then we can concentrate on Tuesday."
