Hustling and bustling his way through ninety minutes Danns has won friends and influenced supporters by adding a bite to the U's midfield as well as adding goals to the teams scoresheet in an impressive ten months which saw him score five goals in four games during an FA Cup run ended by Chelsea in January.
Only originally joining on loan Danns has won a place in the side with his unique style of play and has brought a hard tackling approach to the League One sides centre.
