CARDIFF owner Sam Hammam will hand City boss Lennie Lawrence a £15m transfer chest - if the Bluebirds clinch First Division occer this season.

The move will depend on City's proposed new 30,000 all-seater stadium complex at Leckwith getting the green light from Cardiff Council planners.
