Rotherham's plea for cash

23rd in League One, four points from safety and millions of pounds in debt, Rotherham United are struggling for cash.

As a felow League One club it is important that the supporters of Brentford FC do as much as they can to help the strugglers from their current situation.

Over the last few days, I have been contacted by several parties concerned with the Millers and they have asked if any supporters reading this would visit www.saverotherhamunied.com.

The website allows businesses, organisations and individuals to help the club in their financial situation. They are encouraging fans of all clubs to be generous enough to donate any amount to the fund which will help to save the club.

Another group also contacted me today with a website address, www.RUFC.co.uk another site where it is possible to donate money to the Rotherham cause.

As Brentford supporters, a club who has gone through recent financial troubles it is important to empathise with a Rotherham in their current situation and if possible donate money. As this is an important issue within football we will be recieving updates from the club and how their fund raising is going.

This site will also be donating money to the fund and we encourage everyone to do the same.
