Former Brentford Manager Scott Fitzgerald has been made Gillingham's new youth team manager.
Scott, who as a player played for Colchester, Millwall, Wimbledon and Brentford, replaces Paul Hilton.
Scott lost his job at Griffin Park near the end of last season, following a miserable sequence of just three wins from twenty league games.
