The week that was....7th March - 13th March

The side made good progress this week, following on from their 1-0 defeat of Colchester we gained a creditable draw against a Doncaster side who were looking to build up a run like us and hit the play offs. Even though the game was not a classic we have to be pleased with a point after all our away form is awful, we'll be looking to build on this with a win against Oldham and make it 10 games without defeat.

If we can manage to get a win against the Latics when it will do wonders for our season, we need to win both our games in had to be in with a realistic chance and at this stage of the season it's not only about results but performances too as if we do make it into the play offs it is often the form team not the best team who goes up, just look at Crystal Palace last season they came from nowhere and now they are in with a great chance of staying in the Premiership.

These last 8 games are key to this club as I believe that in the play offs anyone out of the four teams could get to Cardiff and win. After 2 consecutive clean sheets goals are the order of the day again, the Bee's need to show that killer instinct in front of goal and hopefully Scott Fitzgerald can provide that by repaying Martin Allen's faith in him, although i still believe that he needs to be added to before we make a play off charge.
