Allen has always been a manager who is very active on the touchline and was visably angry on Monday after he felt a Vale player should have been sent off after a reckless challenge.
The boss has defended himself today saying,
"I will always stick up for my players"
Referee Colin Webster sent Allen to the stands after the Bees managers Volatile personality boiled over however he insisted he will not change to suit anybody,
