Ahead of the Andy Scott Benefit game hosted by Brentford tonight, an open evening at the clubs ground was held to let the fans take a closer glimpse at how pre season preparations are going.
Along with the opening of the new club shop, Martin Allen was a very busy man as he held a question and answer session on the pitch (a full review of the session is expected to be posted on this site in the near future). It was also a night when Mike Andrews, a 50 year old season ticket holder became the proud owner of the squad number 13 for the 2005/06 season.
The winner is a true Brentford fan and a deserving winner who travels to all home and away games. Allen said,
"I am hopeful he can make the team photo on Monday afternoon when he will be presented with his squad shirt. It's nice to know that this special prize has gone to a true Bees fan"
