Bees announce disclosed transfer fees

After the biggest transfer of the window took place and DJ Cambell completed his move, questions were asked off the Bees in selling their top scorer and whether it was purely a financial decision to sell him to Birmingham.


Well today to answer the fans questions the Bees have released the details of the move and they are as follows:

The original transfer fee was 500,000 which has already been paid to the club.

Futher payments of 100,000 will be made if:

DJ makes 10 or more appearances for Birmingham

DJ makes 20 or more appearances for Birmingham (in the Premier League only)

Birmingham stay up

Should the player score 10 goals in one Premiership season (only in the first instance)

Should the player score 15 goals in one Premiership season (only in the first instance)

In the event Birmingham sell the player, 10% of the fee will be recieved by Brentford.
