With no head coach in charge at the moment, things at Brentford FC are mainly going on behind the scenes.

Having been relegated on Monday and having lost their manager Scott Fiztgerald Brentford have a tough challenge to prepare for this weekend taking on a Nottingham Forest side who are still in the hunt for automatic promotion.

With the season all but lost it is expected that changes will be made to the bees side which went down 3-1 at Crewe on Monday and the club announced today that several transfer deals have already been conducted:

Scott Taylor has returned to the MK Dons after only making one start for the club.

Clarke Masters has returned to the Bees following a loan spell at AFC Wimbledon.

Garry Richards has returned to Colchester having been injured last saturday.

The club also announced that Neil Shipperley and Jo Kuffour are doubtful for the weekend's fixture. Shipperley has a strained calf muscle and Kuffour sustained a double fracture in his hand during Monday's game.
