Despite the drama of Tuesday's nights Carling Cup defeat to Luton, Brentford manager Leroy Rosenior feels that his side has what it takes to 'put the wheels back on' their League One campaign.

Speaking in the press this morning, Rosenior also thinks he had found a player in Jamie England who can make a real difference to the club. Signing on a free transfer after his release from the MK Dons the midfielder played a cameo role in the Luton Town Cup tie and looks set to play some part in this weekends game against Yeovil,

"Jamie's been with us for two of three weeks on trial. We just felt that we wanted to have a look at him, so we've signed him on an expenses only deal."

"We want to look at him over a period of games. The difficulty has been that with the injuries we've had we haven't been able to have any reserve games, which is a real shame but we hope to have some in three or four weeks. Jamie will hopefully play a major part in those games.

"We've been impressed with his technical ability in training, and we'd like to have a look at him over a longer period of time"

Rosenior is also keeping track on trialist Clyde Winjard who joined the team on Monday,

"He's training with us, and we'll take it from there. He's been with us for three or four days, and we'll take it from there after the last training session."

"Obviously I'll talk to the player before I divulge what we are going to do."
