Following two excellent come backs in yesterday's home draw with Leyton Orient, the Brentford manager seemed delighted with his teams efforts.

Having drawn with their opponents at Layer Road following similar last minute heroics from Sam Tillen, the Brentford boss was pleased to leave the game with something,

"We kept going right to the end," he said,

"And we were rewarded. Anyone who doesn't do that won't be in my team."

Praising goalscorer Charlie Ide he said,

"Charlie is a natural centre-forward and he has scored goals at every level, and I have every faith in him to build on these two."

He also urged his side to use the performance as a spring board to better things,

"We have to use this result to kickstart our season. We are hopeful of bringing in a centre-forward to add to the new signings we have made who I felt added steel to the side."
