Despite playing down the ability and chances of his side this season, Brentford's Leroy Rosenior secretly seems to building a team and a squad with a great ability to play like a team and grind out results, a quality which their boss thinks is crucial if Brentford are to go places this season.

Losing Sam Sodje, Jay Tabb and Michael Turner, the clubs three outstanding players in the Summer, the blend of youth and experience which Rosenior is using to gain results is clearly working so far this season. Along with leaders Nottingham Forest, Brentford remain unbeaten so far and have progressed to the second round of the League Cup in a sucessful start to the season.

Rosenior believes that his side can definately go places this season,

"It was men against boys in the first half and they looked very dangerous, but I knew we could play a lot better after the break."

"This is a tremendous result for us because Bradford are a good side with a lot of experienced player. Our young lads showed our fans and themselves that they can compete with anyone in the division."

Up next for Brentford in the League are newcomers Leyton Orient at home where the bees will be looking to take maximum points and claw back some of the defecit incured by three sucessive draws.
