The 26 year old midfielder spent the end of this season on loan at Rochdale and impressed in the clubs League Two campaign. The player admitted that other clubs were interested but was tempted in by Terry Butcher and the challenge of Brentford Football Club.
"Two other clubs had expressed and interest in signing me but as soon as I knew Brentford were interested, that was that." he said.
The Bees manager Butcher commented that the player will bring 'passion' to the club and is the type of player he has been looking to attract.
