Noades originally made a bid to buy Kingstonian earlier in the year when the Surrey club were in administration, so his eye has been set on the switch to the tiny non league ground for quite some time.
Noades says, "The Kingstonian deal depends on them and if the terms are suitable to us. We aren't in a weak bargaining position and they probably need us more than we need them. the owners are a bit new to football."
