Linked with the BBC and FourFourTwo Magazine, the Football League presented it's first awards evening in London last night. Along with each division celebrating it's player of the year awards, as well as the young player of the year award, football chairman Brian Mahwinney presented Brentford Football Club with an award of it's own.

The club won 'The Comminuity Club of The Year Award', in association with Asda stores Chief Exec Lee Doyle picked up the momentus award on behalf of the very proud West London club.
