As predicted the board is giving nothing away regarding the identity of the new manager, however they did make a statement to the official website,
"Following Martin Allen's resignatiom, the Board of Brentford Football Club is in the process of identifying and interviewing quitable candidates for the job of manager."
"No futher announcements will be made until the process is complete"
Not that this is any major news but it appears that the club are yet to decide who the 'right man' for the job is.
N.B. This could be because they don't have a club who this person is yet!
