After battling back from 1-0 down against Bradford at Griffin Park yesterday, Leroy Rosenior's Brentford side sit fourth in the League and are still unbeaten.

Such optimism may not have been heard yesterday at half time as Brentford were throughly battered in the first half before springing to life in the second and over turning the one goal defecit with strikes from O'Connor and Kuffour.

The Brentford manager was noticably happy with the result and his sides second half showing in his post match press conference,

"We withdrew two players at half time, not because they were playing badly but we needed to make a couple of changes to freshen the team up. Everyone tried their hearts out and the two who were brought off will come again."

Rosenior stated how happy he was with the teams performance before saying,

"What the team doesn't do is give up. I said to them at half time. I don't care what the score is as long as we show our spirit and determination."

"I didn't have a lot of options and needed someone in there. I needed someone to drive forward and get them on the back foot, Kevin was able to do that. When we got the ball outwide we also looked better."

"I told Paul Booker to 'go and play like a winger' and so when he got in the wide areas it meant out full backs could get forward and when we lost it, it meant that we were in advanced areas to press the ball."
