A 2-0 win and third in a row, yet again brought smiles to Brentford faces as the club moved just five points away from safety thanks to Jo Kuffour and Charlie Ide.

Despite being 'delighted' with the win, Scott Fitzgerald admitted that both goalscorers would have to face late fitness tests before tomorrow's game, casting serious doubt on both their appearences,

"I have to assess the situation," said Fitzgerald,

"Yesterday too it's toll and both were substituted because of injury."

The players may be joined on the sidelines by Sam Tillen who suffered a concussion in the first half and Fitzgerald admitted he will give all three right up and until kick off to prove themselves fit,

"Kuffour is the most talented player at the club and it will be a blow if he is out. We will have to assess the situation on Monday and cut our cloth accordingly."

"We have only got a small squad so Ide's injury is another blow and we had to take Sam Tillen off in the first half as he was suffering from concussion."
