Commenting yesterday that he's prefer his side to win 'boring 1-0's rather than be involved all the time in thrilling games' Leroy Rosenior's comments from his post match interview once again showed that the bees manager is pleased with the clubs start, but determined not to rest on the laurels.

Still unbeaten after five games Rosenior said on Saturday's game,

"We were in total control after the first fifteen minutes of the game. We knew we could play on the break and the counter attack and we created some good chances and it probably should have been more than 1-0"

"In the second half we were ok, but got absolutely battered as they came forward looking for the equaliser. The lads defended gamely if a little naively. At times I think the inexperience showed through. But still, when it went to 1-1 we created some good chances."

He also revealed,

"I had a long chat with them in there. We're unbeaten and have been in situations and have thrown it away. That has really got to stop and they've got to grow up. They've got to show more believe because we certainly believe in them"

Rosenior told supporters that he has asked the team not to revert to the kick and run style that has been played for much of the last two seasons but he did admit,

"I knew there would be a dip because they are young players and are in a situation where they are playing a long of games."

"August has been a tough month and it's been a good one. We've picked up nine points in five games, could have been more, could have been less. The next month it going to be tough and it'll get tougher. Thats when you'll find out about their character."
