The boss spoke today about his worries and fears for the bees season, despite the chairman comming out yesterday and saying that money would be available for the purchase of players, Martin Allen is worried about disrupting the team spirit which the boys have built over the course of the season so far.

After the relaxing 5-star trip to Dubai, the serious business begins as there are 13 games left for us to get into the play offs. Today Allen will begin sitting down with his staff and chairman to discuss potential moves for players however he reveals that the most important thing is the harmony of the squad.

"I will not rush out and get someone for the sake of it, I will be careful and cautious. It has to be right for me and, of course, the club.

"These players have played in nine FA Cup games and managed to get our club in the play-off positions for most of the season.

"These players are good players, they are getting better and I have total faith in them that they will continue to win football matches," he told the clubs official website.
