Ahead of his sides crucial game with Crewe this weekend, Brentford manager Leroy Rosenior continued to make no excuses for his sides poor form which has seen them fail to win any of their last fourteen games.

The clubs last positive result was a draw against Bristol City and he admtted that he is well aware of the pressure surrounding his position,

"After the game on Saturday I didn't go in there screaming and shouting at the because it doesn't do any good but I agree that performances have not been good enough."

Rosenior was reported to have kept his players in the changing room for fourty minutes after the game following the Doncaster reverse and said that he will attempt to prepare his players for the weeks ahead using any means possible,

"We're totally deviod of confidence, you can see that on the pitch."

"Only two or three players looked pumped up and prepared to drive things forward. I can't make any excuse. The players have to go out and show desire and passion, it's time for them to stand up and be counted and sometimes it has to hurt to do that."

Rosenior also admitted that after the signing of Swindon striker Fola Onibuje, he is still looking to make loan additions if possible, including the possible return to Simon Cox who picked up a serious whilst on loan to the bees from Reading in October,

"We are keeping an eye on Simon, and we hope he is not too far away from fitness.

"We will keep in touch with Simon. He did well for us, and his situation is something we will look at."
