Today The Football League commision announced that West London's very own Martin Allen has been rewarded for an excellent month of February by recieving the 'League One' manager of the month award.
Despite a defeat and a draw in their final two games the Bees demolished Walsall as well as beting leaders Southend in a sucessful spell which saw the Bees playing their best football of the campaign so far.
Allen has also been rewarded for an excellent run with the bees in the cup, this however came to a sad in the month as we were beaten by Charlton.
Currently lying sixth in League One the Bees have a chance to go level with their games in hand left to be played.
The other contenders were Doncaster's Dave Penney, Huddersfield's Peter Jackson and Port Vale's Martin Foyle.
