After saying yesterday that he was going to review the video before making a decision about appealing over the red cards for Partridge and Wilson in the game against Yeovil, Scott Fizgerald announced today that Brentford will not be seeking to take any action.

Fiztergald had commented that he felt both decisions were harsh but said,

"After watching the second incident involving Che onthe video, it appears that he made contact with the man before the ball and thus will not be appealing the one match ban"

He was slightly more annoyed about the sending off of David Partridge and commented,

"The first incident is not covered by the camera but we've been told by the referee today that he has been sent off for 'intent'"

"David told me that he didn't touch the player and their player, Best said their was no contact but the referee told me at the time that he 'clearly witnessed Partridge head butt an opponent"

"However because of the lack of evidence we will not be able to appeal"
