Coming to the end of his first week as Brentford manager Terry Butcher admitted that he has begun searching for new players ans stated he felt the club should have 'no problem' attracting new talent.

Whilst in charge of Motherwell, Butcher worked on a shoe string budget and claimed that he is willing to do the same again to help his new club,

"Scott McDonald was released by Southampton, then played for Bournemouth, Huddersfield and MK Dons before he came to Motherwell [in 2004]," he told Teamtalk.com.

"But we got him to work hard, and now he has made his move to Celtic and brought money to the club."

"There are loads of players out there like that."
