Bye bye and thank you

They have also released Danny Boxall, Julian Charles and David Theobald.

This is the day that many fans have feared and now it has come - our best players leaving for free.

I'd personally like to thank all of them as they have brought me many hours of happiness in the last three to four years.

Paul Evans signed from Shrewsbury for £110,000 on 3rd March 1999. He played a massive part in the Championship run in, and this season has excelled which has seen him earn his first International cap for Wales.

What will Brentford fans do now without the "Lloydy" wave?! Owusu was fantastic in his first season and finished top goalscorer, after signing from Slough for £25,000. He has had his critics but has excelled this season and surely Division One football is beckoning now.

Ivar has come from no where to be one of the Bees main assetts (unfortunately no longer). He has been immaculate this season and again Division One football bust be beckoning. Can you image Hermann and Ivar together at Ipswich?! What a partnership!
