Speaking for the second time within a week after the sacking of Leroy Rosenior, Keith Dickens was once more interviewed by Peter Gillham from the official website.

Questioning the Managing Director on a number of subjects Dickens confirmed that he had reached an agreement with Leroy Rosenior following his sacking but admitted that it has left the Bees with less financial room to manoeuvre.

"I did work an agreement with Leroy", said Dickens,

"It does mean that the recently negotiated savings we will gain from our energy costs, and some of the extra sponsorship money, will not now be available to fill other gaps in the budget."

Meanwhile. Dickens admitted that he is still busy searching for a replacement for the departed manager with Dave Bassett the latest name to be thrown into the ring,

"We could choose a very experienced person to stay until the end of the season, or seek and up-and-coming manager, who is proving himself in the Conference or is an assistant somewhere."
