With the clubs relegation fate already sealed ahead of this weekend's game with Doncaster, the question is who will replace Scott Fiztgerald as the Bees manager.

With current caretaker Barry Quin ruled out by the chairman, Brentford are hoping that they can find a manager before the end of the season to prepare them for life in League Two.

Greg Dyke told the official website,

"We want to move fast. We'd like to have someone in place as soon as possible. We are already talking to candidates and would love to make an announcement before the end of the season."

After naming two managers so far this season Dyke is hoping it will be third time lucky and stated,

"We want someone with the leadership style to galvanise the whole club. We'd prefer someone with experience at this level of football but only if we can get the right person."

"If we can't then our view is we we want to sign one of a number of up and coming young managers or coaches."
