Defender Andrew Frampton is one of many who has experienced highs and lows this season.

After turning down the clubs offer of a new deal during the summer after a failiure to gain promotion, the defender u-turned and agreed to stay at Brentford for the forceeable future.

With two seasons of near success under their belts however, this seasons wholescale failiure to hit the heights of the two previous League One campaigns have taken it out of Frampton who has suffered with a catalogue of injuries throughout 06/07.

The former Palace defender is still confident that his current side can stay up. Speaking to the official website he said,

"Everyone can see the past few performances and results have not been what they should have been. It's a huge disappointment."

"We have four games at home and four games away. We know we can pick up points away and we have to win at home."

Pinning a large scale importance on this weekend game he said,

"But we are still in the hunt. We have proved we can go away from home and get results and that's what we have to do. We are still a very good team and when we get together on Sunday (to play Oldham) I think we can prove this."
