Take the M4 to Junction 20, before branching left to join up with the M5 (signposted M5, Bristol & South West). Exit the M5 at Junction 30, and follow the signs for Exeter City Centre, along Sidmouth Road and onto Heavitree Road. At the roundabout take the 4th exit into Western Way and then the second exit onto Tiverton road. Complete your journey by taking the next left into St. James Road.
