Still without a League win since September Leroy Rosenior was remarkably upbeat following another draw at the weekend.

Following the sending off of Clark Masters the bees fought back from behind to find themselves in the lead, only to be pegged back in the second half however.

After having a go at his team following some dysmal showings the Brentford boss praised his players after the weekend's excellent efforts,

"I needed us to start moving forward, because I felt we were stuck in a rut"

Several of the bees youngsters got a run out this weekend and the Brentford manager feels that this seasons crash course of football will stand them in good stead,

"The youngsters who played against Gillingham have a passion for the club."

"Karleigh and Karle are local lads and they have that passion." he added,

"The fans want players to go out and show pride and scrap for everything, I couldnt have asked for anymore."
