The Brentford squad has undergone some transformation since Butcher took over the reins at Griffin Park. A number of players have left, six new faces have been added with the possibility of more to follow. Butcher will no doubt be hoping that with nine pre season friendlies already behind them, his new side will have settled in as a unit and will be well prepared for the new season.
