Marshall Returns

Scott Marshall, the former Brentford defender has been appointed new youth team manager. This follows the resignation of Bob Paterson last week, for personal reasons.
Scott made 94 appearances for Brentford between 1999-2003. Speaking to the official site Scott said, "I've been doing my coaching badges and I've just finished at Wycombe where I was responsible for the fitness of the under 18's and looked after the under 16's. But the opportunity for me to work full time here at Brentford was a great opportunity, and I'm delighted to be back at Griffin Park and to have the chance to work full time with the lads here".
"It was the icing on the cake on Saturday to kick off with a good victory away to Peterborough. So far the boys have been very supportive and I'm excited by what I've seen here"
