For the second time in six months, and rather sooner than he expected, Greg Dyke and the Brentford board are on the search for a new manager.

After the concentual departure of Leroy Rosenior yesterday and with Martin Allen stepping down in the Summer, Dyke told fans yesterday that the third manager of his tenure as chairman will be under the same constraints as the previous two Griffin Park bosses,

"Keith Dickins has been placed in charge of the management process." he told BBC Radio London.

"Just because a new manager comes in however nothing will change, there will be no no money available and the same group of players will be worked with."

Mr Dyke then went on to speak about his disapointment at the clubs current position and said,

"We want to thank Leroy for what he did. A new chapter must now begin and against Cheltenham next week we must begin with three points."
