New Shirt recieves warm welcome

Brentford will be gracing away stadiums in the new white kit next season

Ok, so it may not have been the hottest kit launch in London today with North London giants Arsenal also releasing their new shirt but fans of Brentford were certainly pleased that the club had brought out a new shirt at such a reasonable price.

Doors at the club shop opened at 9pm with fans waiting to purchase the new Lonsdale merchandise and were not disapointed with their new kits. One fan told me,

"I'm glad we've reverted back to a white kit, it feels very nice and i'm looking forward to wearing in next season supporting the team"

A buyer also told me,

"Lonsdale have done a great job, the white will look excellent on the lads and i'm definetely going to be wearing it as possible."

The white away shirt replaces the blue and yellow shirts from last season and is expected to be worn for the first time in our away trip pre season against Staines Town.

A representative from the club shop told us that,

"Fans are going mad for the new shirt, I think the price appeals to them, we've shirted well over 1000 today and the deal with the home shirt has been extermely popular"
