Owusu called up to Ghana squad

During his update on the official website Martin Allen reported today that his striker Lloyd Owusu was called up to represent his nation during this weeks friendly against Germany.

He said,

"Owusu has been invited to play for Ghana on Wednesday night in Germany."

"The good part of this is he now has the oppertunity to go to the World Cup, however he will be away until Thursday."

Allen did however say,

"But with the possibility of going to the World Cup it's an oppertunity I cannot deny him."
