Quin reiterates managerial stance

Though effectively ruled out in a statement from chairman Greg Dyke, caretaker manager Barry Quin has ruled himself out of the running for the full time job at Brentford.

Having been placed in charge since the departure of Scott Fitzgerald last month, Barry Quin has led Brentford into their last two games but insists that he does not want the job full time,

"I am not in it for the long term." Quinn said.

"I was happy to take the job till the end of the season but I have been with the club for a long time, and I have a great job which I love."

Chairman Greg Dyke ruled Quin out at the start of his reign but has yet been able to fulfill the promise of finding a suitable managerial candidate.
