After a long search for a manegerial replacement Brentford Football Club today announced that Leroy Rosenior is the new manager of the west London outfit.

The former Shrewsbury coach quit his job at Gay Meaddow yesterday and was largely expected to replace Allen who's resignation was finally accepted after a long struggle two weeks ago.

During a press conference at the club the new manager said,

"I am delighted to be coming to Brentford - a club I know well, being a London Boy. People here are determined to be successful and I am really looking forward to working with everyone so that we can all pull together to achieve our objectives."

"The club has gone through some big changes in recent months with the new board taking over and after coming so close to gaining promotion in recent seasons, I am determined to help make the jump to the Championship."
