Rosenior: Crewe a must win

Leroy Rosenior has called for his faltering side to claim a victory in this weekends game with Crewe.

Despite being just outside the relegation zone, the Brentford manager has backed his players to claim a victory this weekend and begin pushing themselves up the League One table. Having not recorded a win in their last fifteen games however the bees manager is under no illusions,

"We desperately need a win. It doesn't matter how we get it."

"We're a fit, strong side and if you look around the pitch we've got a lot of pace."

"But you wouldn't know it because nobody is opening up. And that is all about confidence."

Meanwhile despite a board meeting to discuss Rosenior's future this week Andrew Frampton told the official website that the players want to succeed as much for the boss as they do themselves,

"We owe it to ourselves, the manager and everyone concerned with Brentford Football Club."

"The crowd are an important part of that and we need them behind us. Despite our poor performances we're all striving towards the same goal and it's important that we believe they are behind us every step of the way."
