Following Saturday's defeat to Doncaster Rovers in the FA Cup First Round, Leroy Rosenior could not hide his disapointment at such an early end to the bees cup run.

He was paticularily dissapointed with yet another below par performance from his team and said,

"In the first half we were totally deviod of all confidence. Nobody wanted the ball and when we had it there was a definate nervousness. We missed a chance just two minutes before they scored and looking back at the video this morning there were barely any chances."

"We didn't do anything with real conviction" Rosenior said.

Leroy was quick to accept responsibility for his sides poor showing but believes that Brentford can still turn a bad run into a good season,

"We desperately need a win. It doesn't matter how we get it. I thought the way we started today we would get the result in all honest. Their goal summed us up at the moment."

"At this moment in time we're not good anough of doing well enough and we need to go and work at it. And's thats the only way it's going to get better, through hard work and dilidence and a bit of bottle."
