With the serious business of League Football not set to begin for another month yet, Brentford's new manager Leroy Rosenior has a limited time to get his squad together before the big kick off against Blackpool on August 5th.

Speaking to the press today at the start of the clubs second week of pre season training the manager spoke to interviewers about the pressure of his new job,

"Of course theres pressure," he told Sky Sports News,

"It comes in many different forms, the pressure I put on myself, the expectations of fans, the board and the players."

"In the end we all have simiolar wants and needs and I hoping that I can take the club a step further this season."

The manager stated that he's looking forward to his new task and hopes to secure the signings of at least two players before the start of next week.

Chairman Greg Dyke was also interviewed by Sky and stated that he too is looking forward to what the new man can offer the club,

"Its been a big change around during the summer and I'm hope that this new start can freshen us up."

"Leroy is looking to bring a new style of play to the club, he wants to get us back to playing football. It isnt always easy at this level but it will be a challenge, the club is serious about moving forward and we will be put to the test in this division for sure."
