After heaping praise on the whole team following their win over Bradford yesterday Leroy Rosenior, the Brentford manager, spoke again today of his delight with his young squad.

Jo Kuffour, a player who Rosenior signed in the transfer window, was one in paticular who won the praise of his manager. During the week Brentford's manager stated he felt that Kuffour had all the attributes of a 'top level player' and after yesterday's display, he reiterated his claims,

"To be honest, I don't know too many people who could have done that. If it happened in the Premiership, they'd be showing it over and over again. The pace on the ball when it crossed the goal, for him to get up and kick it into the net was absolutely amazing."

"He's only 24 and he can be what he wants to be if he shows belief. Jo's had three years in the lower leagues, that's stood him in good stead. He used to shows flashes of what he can do but now he's becoming more consistent."

Kuffour's winner against Bradford was his fifth in four games and moved Brentford into fourth place.
