Rosenior happy with a point

Despite the dramatic performance which saw their team claim a 2-2 home draw with Gillingham yesterday, Leroy Rosenior seemed delighted with the point his side gained.

Speaking before being a pundit for the BBC he said,

"I was exauhsted yesterday but as disapointed as I was with last weeks performance I was equally proud."

The manager admitted that he was unhappy with some of Gillingham's players behaviour leading up to the sending off of Clark Masters but he was more pleased his side fought back,

"I thought the players gave everything and we restricted them to two shots in the second half. I thought we showed the kind of passion and character which we can definitely use as a springboard for the rest of the season."

"If we play with that kind of desire then we definitely will be looking up rather than down in the weeks and months ahead."
