Leroy Rosenior made is dissapointment clear last week after failing to make any knew signings before the transfer window closed but admitted that he and chairman Greg Dyke are prepared to 'strike' when the time is right in the transfer market.

Even though no more signings can be made until January 1st, Leroy said before preparing for the weekend's match against Leyton Orient, that he was looking at the 'big picture'. With clubs being given the ability to sign players on loan from September the 8th Rosenior still seems keen to bolster his squad ahead of some tough tasks ahead,

"Our squad is a little bit thin at the moment, so we have to be ready in case anything arises."

He did however point out,

"Because of the financial situation, we have to be prepared for every eventuality - which we are."
